The agency has been licensed by Ukrainian Government as a Crewing Agency, which means that our agency is working on pure legal base, following all the demands of local and international laws and conventions.

We consider it to be important to mention the fact that the staff of our agency possesses working experience of many years in the sphere of crewing and personnel selection.

At the present moment our agency disposes of numerous data, constituted by almost 5500 seafarers. They are the first — rate marine specialists of different ranks: Captains, Officers, Engineers (El., Ref. and Gas Engineers), ETO, Seamen, Motormen, Fitters, etc. All of them have experience of work on big bulker ships, oil, chemical, product tankers and LPG vessels, Dry Cargo ships, Containerships, Reefers, fishing vessels, passenger liners belonging to the native fleet as well as to different European and American companies. A lot of seaman have a huge experience in Northern Seas on small Dry Cargo ships and Timber ships. We can also propose serving staff (Receptionists, DFS staff, Entertainments, Waitresses, Stewardesses, Cooks, Utility and others). All of them have experience of work on big passengers vessels and Ro-Ro. Most of them speak more then 2 foreign languages.

Besides selection and recruitment of highly qualified Captains, Officers and Ratings according to the demands set by ship owners, we render the following services:

• arrangement of contract and visa formalities;
• provision of the seafarers with the necessary valid certificates and Medical documents (including drug and alcohol test) meeting all the STCW Code Requirements;
• verification of professional skills and qualifications as well as the level of English knowledge (Marlin’s test).

In any case we always sign a Manning Agency Agreement with our client, to regulate our relationship and save any problem to every company.
